This ALJ certified workshop is the first step in the Agility in Leadership Series which develops real-time leadership awareness and adaptiveness. It improves awareness and broadens system perspectives,

This ALJ certified workshop is the first step in the Agility in Organisations Series which develops cultural awareness and adaptiveness. Built on the Competing Values Framework for organisational development, it helps align stakeholders, balance values and shapes culture towards increased business agility and resilience.

The state of business agility is not keeping up with the pace of market change and many organisations are falling behind or failing to grow. True business agility requires more than a transformation to a new state, it requires an ongoing investment in focus, alignment, and acceleration of change.
